Food Entry: Saturday

I had to rush out of the house for work so my first meal was at 2:30pm.  Just a bowl of leftover pasta.

Then I had snacks throughout the day.

Finally, my best meal of the day.  Little old Jack in the Box.  Whatever is on the plate, plus my OREO COOKIE SHAKE…yum.

Food Entry: Friday

My first meal of the day was In N Out at around 2:58pm, after my day at the car dealership.  Haven’t eaten In N Out in a long time because there are none close to my house.

Then I went to work from 5-10pm and just snacked on cinnamon rolls.  They were actually good…I had about ten of them.

Second and last meal of the day was McDonalds at 1:27am.  This is always my favorite meal.  It includes medium Powerade, medium french fries, plain double cheeseburger, and (6) piece chicken nuggets.  That’s sweet and sour sauce and I always remove one side of the burger bun off because I’m not a big fan of bread.

After my McDonalds meals, my weight was 147.5 lbs.  It’ll all be gone by the morning.

Current weight: 143lbs.

McDonalds order:

  • Medium Powerade
  • Medium French Fries
  • 10-Piece Nuggets
  • Plain Double Cheeseburger

So McDonalds decided to be homo and close for an hour for maintenance.  Thanks goodness the next place was opened, Burger King.

  • Medium French Fries
  • (2) Four-piece Chicken Tenders
  • Plain Double Bacon Cheeseburger
  • Glass of Orange Juice

My FAST FOOD Intake

I decided I will go ahead and also post each time I get fast food and what I order.  I used to get McDonalds on a daily bases, but have dropped it down to a few times a week.  So far my fast metabolism isn’t affected! I will consider this as a journal of when I eat bad…I rarely eat healthy anyway.
